    Agree...I can't tell you how many times I have stopped over lunch or dinner to grab a piece of pizza and nothing....or it's so dry no one will buy it. And this is over lunch or dinner hour at different locations and states.

    Agree, we have to be realistic. If we end the year with 3 or 4 losses, we should be ecstatic. Personally, I think that we end up with 4 or 5 losses. Purdue, Michigan and then 2 or 3 losses to Illinois, one of the Iowa games and then one that we shouldn't. I would love to eat crow and be wrong.

    I just built a home last year. Looked at putting it up on a few acres outside of town but by the time you add the following, it blew up my budget. You will be surprised how expensive it is to build. I built a new home in 2004, about the same SF and I spent as much on my new home last year to...

    But your taxes will still be cheaper than if you built the exact same home in town, even on 10 acres. Rural taxes are much cheaper than city tax. I think that a city can claim you in city limits up to a mile or two of the boundary, so may want to check on that if you are that close.
