    Most Western Europeans walk more than they drive, which helps a lot. My time Bamberg that was all most folks did was walk to jobs, stores, restaurants. Our country really has an exercise problem, we will drive a block instead of walk the same amount. Also, fast food is cheaper than healthy food.
