    Pickering?

The panthers just put Gano on the season ending IR with a bad plant leg. Lots of torque in kicking.

FWIW - No Autographs/Pictures with Frost at Fan Day

I think it is actually to deter the adults looking to make a money off of Frost’s signature. I have not been to the event since the early Solich era when I was in middle school. Even then there were grown men with garbage bags full of memorabilia hustling in front of kids to get autographs. I...

    Ed Chang

There would appear to be some red flags attached here to with how his last couple years have shaken out. Left Papio after committing to Washington to be at a high school closer to UW. Somewhere in that time his commitment falls through and he ends up as a late commit to SDSU. Barely plays and...

    Danny Langs, Oregon guy

I believe he is an assistant strength coach which is probably a better role for him with his high energy approach and inability to pass the CSCS test.

When will we start hearing things coming out about winter conditioning

The circuit they are referring too is derived from the Husker Power Circuit in the 90s. High intensity focusing on big movements. It's a bear, but once you get through a cycle of it you'll be prepared to practice at the high level Frost is looking for.
