    Some of you all need to take a deep breathe. We weren’t favored in any of the finals matches yet. A couple tough losses, but not an indictment on the team or coaches.

    I don’t think fairness was a concern when the rule was implemented. It’s about incentivizing action throughout the match.

    It encourages wrestler that scored first to keep scoring. If first score was criteria winner they could shut down and stall out being up the equivalent of 2 scores.
