    From Rick Cleveland's article

will tell us what we need to know about the direction of the new athletic department. If we hire Raffo, it's the same old ****. If we land a big name coach (preferably Cohen unless Polk ask him as a personal favor not to come here), then we can finally turn the page. Byrne needs to back up his...

    From Rick Cleveland's article

He believes he is entitled to dictate what happens to "his" program. It's not Miss State University, it's Ron Polk University. And he should can the remarks about respecting Byrne since Byrne's refusal to kiss Polk's *** is the reason Polk resigned in the first place. Good luck in retirement...

    Our teams suck

just went to the NCAA tourney and a bowl game and you're concerned about a program that went to the NIT and went 0-8 in the SEC? But clearly, Bianco has overtaken MSU and our baseball program. The only hurdle that remains for him is to get to Omaha. Most OM fans seem to continue to give him a...

    16 to Zip

Where we rename Polk-Dement Stadium back to its original name? And just think, had he left last year after our trip to Omaha, his legacy would have been secure. I guess this is one time where winning (and getting to Omaha) really did hurt us in the long run. Looking forward to the Cohen era.

    Todd's post got me thinking.....

But they are both egomaniacs who think they earned the right to destroy the programs they built. Jackie did a masterful job at his destruction job. Good job Jackie. Polk could have and would have done the same thing if he hadn't had a hissy fit a few weeks ago when his new boss Greg Byrne...

Ok cocksuckers... COACH, FISHDICK, SPD, Tillo, Extreme

I bet 12 year olds have more intelligent conversations than I've seen on this board in the last month, most of which Coach has been a big part of. Please, for the love of God, stop the madness. Please, I beg you.

    Finally- Greg Ellis= Coach34

Gregg is very good at his job. You, not so much. Gregg's point is that Stansbury isn't an elite coach yet. I think most here would agree with that (please find those people here who said winning SEC West titles was all that matters). We all want to reach the next level. But to continue to...

OM should be one of the top seeds in the NIT

Disagree on KY not deserving a bid over OM. You can't ignore a 12-4 record in a power conference regardless of the pre-season record. I don't think the SEC has ever not gotten a team in with 10 or more wins in the conference. But I think if we had finished 10-6, we would have made history.

Still disappointed with anything less than Sweet 16?

We smoked a Pac-10 team (Stanford), then took #1 Duke to the wire. And thanks again Gary Ervin for that critical turnover with the game tied at 50-50 with less than a minute to go. We can do it but we have to get back the team that had Vandy on the ropes in Nashville, not the one that has stunk...

We are a higher seed than Arkansas?

Obviously, Coach isn't on the selection committee.

    Speaking of Thriving...

is almost as disturbing as Bruiser's mancrush on Andy Kennedy. Does Jacob Hester ever get jealous of you paying so much attention to another man?

    Food for thought...

and gets the automatic bid, Kentucky will be the last at large SEC team in, probably a #10 seed, with Georgia being a #12 seed. As for the others, TN - #1 Vandy - #4 Arkansas #6 MSU #7

So is today a day of infamy?

The results of our last 3 athletic teams. Ole Miss: Nomaha, 0-8, NIT Any comparision of OM to MSU in athletics is a bit ridiculous, wouldn't you agree?

At lunch today, I talked about our lousy baseball team

I was reminded by others in the group that I said the same thing about the MSU football team after the LSU loss and about the MSU basketball team after the December losses. Result: Our first bowl in 7 years and a return to the Big Dance. I hope I keep my streak alive and we end up in Omaha...
