    Hey crash, send me your email. This is probably not conducive for really large companies with a full time secretary/ admin assistants but it's great for companies that can't answer the phone all the time.

    Sounds like that's what you do. You probably have a Shaw rep out there and I can't step on anyone's toes, but if you aren't consistently using Shaw- I would love to connect.

    I was previously in business development for a large commercial installer in Kansas City, but started working for Shaw back in September. Great pay but was miserable.

    Anyway, we have a new compensation plan that encourages us to push units vs making margin.

    So I can sell lvt/ carpet at virtually no margin to push units as we try to move manufacturing to the us. Can probably get it less expensive for your team than anywhere else. Could help with stocking and jobsite deliveries, etc. Would love to chat about it.
    Also- I have free range to take customers out , like on trips to notre dame games haha
