The point was if he didn't have the 9.5 million dollar buyout than I would be a lot less skeptical about Nebraska's ability to give him the type of raise(vs. the raise he'll get where he's at) that might be able to lure him to Lincoln. And other than the money there is no reason for him to.
Still be paying Riley, Bo, ~9 million buyout for Campbell, plus whatever it would take to lure him away which would be atleast 4 mill a year (he makes 2.1 right now at ISU but assume he will be offered a big raise from them). Color me skeptical.

I don't see Campbell leaving Ames to come to Lincoln. He'll get paid in Ames after this season and will be deity their winning 7-8 games a year vs. Lincoln where expectations are much higher with marginally better resources.
