    Last night, it was a roast beef sandwich, with mayo, lettuce and tomato on whole grain bread, pork and beans, a few jalapeño potato chips, pork and beans and watermelon. Was quite good.

    Tonight will be a roast, onion and carrots cooked all day in the crockpot with mashed potatoes, collards, fried okra and squash. A nice buttered yeast roll to go with that.

    I see you have some yellow tomatoes in the top pic. I love those and the small yellow bell tomatoes in salads. They're just hard to find. Where did you find yours?
