    Cases are at an all time high. But Deaths continue to decline. Nationally, cases are at an all time but deaths have plummeted 75% on a weekly basis as compared to late April and early May.

    The idea that we know for a fact that they got the virus a second time has been denounced. I read 4 articles and all made a point to say we do not know that for a fact. I agree with your second paragraph. But until we see it happen, the limited evidence we have is to the contrary.
