    Between work policy that is complimentary and what I have through farm bureau, my wife and I have 375k on each other, 20k child riders for each kid. Feel like if something happened to one of us, the other would be in good shape with 375k and the kids would be well taken care of.

    Next year, the NCHSAA will have 440 member schools.

    So many charters. Time to do 7 classes based on ADM amongst traditional zoned schools 8th class should be all charters and parochials together. Ridiculous not to at this point.

    RPI works best for sports with less games in a season, it's 3 layers deep. Maxpreps is way better for longer seasons. Maxpreps Algorithm is thousands of layers deep and the more data you have, the better it will be. In all seriousness, the NCAA should look into a formula similar to maxpreps...

    Don't want to name schools, but using illegal players. There have been charter schools that have won 1A titles in multiple sports where the players are outside that 25 mile radius. NCHSAA does nothing about this. As far as I'm concerned, New Bern won the title last year.

    Conference ABC #1 draws Confernce DEF #4 Confernece GHI #2 draws Conference JKL #3 So on and so forth, the ONLY draw back to that old system is it takes non conference games out and they'll mean absolutely nothing. I do like that non conference games do factor in to some degree now.

    I'm to the point now, just go back to predetermined and avoid conference rematches until 3rd round. Only use RPI to determine home and away.

    How to keep coaches

    Coaching stipend increase is a start. I have a buddy who coaches high school baseball nearby, he told what his stipend is and it is essentially wage theft. It's embarrassing for the amount of time coaches put into their programs.

    Heard from a buddy of mine that is tied in at Chatham Central that their coach has resigned and is going with Ochier to Bonnie Cone??????? Odd timing if true. And he heard it from a non Chatham Central source and has yet been able to confirm.

    The solution is 5 classes. 20-20-20-20-20 Non-Zoned schools, parochial schools, and charters need a 2X multiplier in my opinion. Example, a Charter in Raleigh has let's say 350, they'd get be classed based on 700. Small charter in a small town, with say 190 students, is classed based on...
