    Being an elder millennial the 90s grunge and easy rock will always have a place at the table. But, give me 70s rock more specifically late 70s like 77. Rumours, Exodus, Heros, Talking Heads, Terrapin Station, Aja to name a few albums. Get some early 70s rock starting to trend towards the 80s sound.

    I've been on that campus and it is ridiculously nice. Super super expensive too based on which resident package you pick. I do think they have like a 99% acceptance rate or something similar to that.
