i am sure a lot of people that commit crimes are remorseful after the fact and what college team he roots for has no impact on how i view this incident.

I am too lazy to get out to Crystal City and watch a lot of the games at Buffalo Billiards near the Dupont Metro. We have a small crowd of state fans but its a good place to watch games. Crystal City is where the alumni group usually gathers and it will have your largest contingent of State fans.
