    This can be said for pretty much everything associated with the NSAA. The function of the NSAA is widely misunderstood. The NSAA does not act in a free will capacity. They are like a Law Enforcement Agency. They make none of the rules, they simply enforce/carry them out. Good post.

    DCB seems to be willing to travel for an easier bracket. They were supposed to be in my District 2 years in a row and opted to go West both years. I don't really have an issue with it. It certainly improves the field for the State Tournament and that is a good thing.

    Great Response. Unfortunately I don't know the answer to your question. Why does it seem to work in lower classes but doesn't work in Class A? The only real difference is that Class A doesn't use the Sub District/District format.
