    The NCAA basketball tournament is a continual one and done scenario. The better team does not always win and upsets aren't uncommon. In a 5 game series, Iowa wins that Virginia matchup every time.

    Coaches have to buy out the years on their contract if they want to leave for another school before they become a true free agent. Whether it is them or the other school, someone pays for it. Or it is negotiated one way or another. It's not an apples to apples comparison.
