    OT - Sleep

    getting some vitamin D in the daytime outside(office job), and doing a minimum of 15 minutes even on off days, of core body workout. That can be air squats (try 150- it is not easy), walking lunges, pushups, situps , bench dips off a chair. Do all that in rotation for 15 minutes at least. Sleep...
