    Im a loyal gw fan but I disagree I think our 2012 is an overall better team. Their defense was what number 1 in 1a. Plus they didnt go against a team like clintwood. I will say this years team can pass a whole lot better than the 2012. But like I said thats just my opinion and respect yours...

    As a former player, he was one hell of a guy. And a hell of a coach. He is one of the guys that started my love for that game. Even when I moved up he and his wife were always there cheering on the former kids. Prayers for you and your family. Wytheville lost a legend!!

    I agree gw ain't the same team it was in 2012, but there are still some starters out on that field. I don't think it will be a high scoring game. All I know without a doubt honaker is coming for revenge. If GW shows up to play I believe it will a good game to watch.

    My opinion would be a flashback to the state game. Gw 17 honaker 10. I think if they get trey skeens back it will help out a lot. Monterick Phillips is good but having two great backs caused them problems two years ago. But that's just my opinion.
