    Also, I was at the Valentine center all day for a conference and they were either practicing in the stadium or testing the new sound system. You could hear music/noise all day long at varying noise levels. Sounded good to me.

    True but I don’t think Franklin promised big NIL money to incoming recruits. He saved it for guys who have been here awhile. Less incentive for them to stay at PSU vs. a place like Florida who promises recruits NIL.
