    True but I don’t think Franklin promised big NIL money to incoming recruits. He saved it for guys who have been here awhile. Less incentive for them to stay at PSU vs. a place like Florida who promises recruits NIL.

    For easy math let’s say $10 a drink. That’s a 1000 drinks a season. Divide by 7 games, roughly 140 drinks a game. Divide by 4 people- 35 drinks a game per person. Divide by 4 hour game time and your drinking roughly 9 drinks per hour or 4.5 drinks/hr. at $20/drink. Bottoms up.

    My understanding is the S.C.P.D filed a criminal complaint in 2011 against a John Doe whose DNA matched the sample from the rape. This extended the SoL.
