    Casual observation: Too many high school coaches getting away from "power" football. Coaches in love with the shot-gun, spreading the field and throwing the ball in 3-4 seconds, or letting your qb scramble on his own when blocking breaks down. Basically a Dinardo phrased "soft" football...

    Our DE's are tooooo heavy and tooooo slow. No change of direction in their abilities. 235-240 lbs is big enough. Can't block what you can't touch. Speed over size preferred. Has hurt this program for years.

    Foster was on punt team, never saw Knevel on the field, maybe I missed him. After 20 spring ball practices and 4 weeks of fall camp we only have 5 OL capable of playing, especially when the first unit was getting boned most of the game. Plus the fact that we ran maybe a package of 6-8...
