    Pitino got his big boost when Jamal Mashburn chose to come to Kentucky. Pitino is another animal when it comes to coaches, however it could push Pope to get better recruits if Stokes chooses Kentucky. Stokes is the Mashburn that may be our savior.

    Well our boy Pope let this point guard leave town without an offer, fully knowing we finished the last two years without a backup point. Putting all his faith in Lowe, there is a reason he was at Pitt. Not much demand for shoot first point guard, I am done with the Pope.

    Where you paying attention when Lowe was on the floor ? Lowe is a shoot first point guard and not a great one at that. He gained a habit at Pitt when no one could score but him, he kept it once he got here. Pope's system will never work with an attitude like his. We need a Butler type point...

    Pope told him to leave and brought in Fox. Fox has never won at any level, so I guess he was coaching the team to lose. He did a great job. Bringing Antigua back may be the only thing that will turn this thing around imo.

    I am in my late 70's, I can honestly say this is the worst and most expensive team in my UK watching history. I would not be disappointed if none were here next year, they are hard to watch.

    Season isn't over yet but...

    This season would have been easier to tolerate if we had a good class on the way. But, we have no one and a large part of what we have staying leaves us wanting. No one coming and not much left in our talent pool, next year is likely a repeat imo.
