This is from me and Jutahn’s high school. This isn’t even close to the depth perception issue of Rupp but I struggled at this far goal because of it. I was a 59% 3-point shooter but at this endzone I was a lousy 42.6%. Also my free throw percentage dipped to a mediocre 91% at this basket...
Practicing with Wilson basketballs are more important, especially on the road vs. non-Nike schools. But like Tubby78 says, Rupp Arena is WAY too far from campus to expect students to make it to games. So it’s just not feasible and we shouldn’t subject our boys to travel that far of distance...
If we beat OSU-Columbus and then lose out, I’ll call it a success. It will be college basketball’s biggest failure of the century to lose three times in a row to mediocre OSU-Columbus Campus teams.
