Sayin is one of those small QBs who are usually considered to be very accurate. He is possibly at a 70% completion rate last year. But he missed on occasion, more often in big games. With the best receiver core in football. I'm not dissing on Sayin but I'm defending Dylan.
Dana is replaceable...
My opinion is that Dana does not get receivers wide open all that much. I don't think Dylan missed open receivers more than the average QB. Even Julian Sayin misses wide open guys.
I don't want our QB's having to run. I think Dana could have helped out Dylan rather than having him run for life.
You'll see how average our offense will be this year.
It's simple to understand that the problem is/was Dana. I don't think Riaola goes anywhere if his was not fired.
I still think Dylan could be the #1 pick in the '27 draft.
My wife is from Costa Rica. She always insists on backing up ... just in case there is an earthquake. Of which they occur far more often in Costa Rica. She even backs up if there is a close by available pull through twofer.
