    I agree about Lamar. But we need a coach that can recruit. All of the CFP teams are in the top 10 in recruiting. When you're annually recruiting in the 20's and 30's a coaching change will not help. The best we can hope for is 8-4 or 9-3 seasons. Georgia always recruits well, but Richt wasn't...

    I think Lamar should stay........

    He needs to go because we've done a poor job building the team around him. We went from being on the brink of the CFP with mostly Charlie Strong guys to losing to a middle of pack SEC team with a backup QB. I always feel Lamar thinks he has to do too much. As a result he turns it over too much.

    Have to recruit better across LOS. Three and 2 star recruits ain't gonna cut it in the ACC and against the better SEC schools. All 4 teams in the playoffs can just line up and run it if need be. Three of the 4 have outstanding defenses. We are way too one dimensional. Having said that 4 ints...

    Its obvious that the Charlie Strong recruits have left the building....

    Yeah it's crystal clear. We went from being on the verge of CFP last year to the worst team in the ACC this year. All this despite having one of the best college football players of all time.

    It'll be another blackeye for us. I read an article that stated having Lamar is like having a cornerstone for your program. It's truly pathetic to have wasted that talent.

    The problem is we don't have a great defense this year. We may improve as the year goes on but this is about the best they can play right now. The object is to get it in the 4th qtr in a 1 score game and hope Lamar can bail us out. Clemson is the champs for a reason.

    I agree we need to run the ball. Clemson is dead locked onto Lamar. There's three free rushers on almost every play. A screen call to keep them honest would be nice.

    Outside of Lamar we don't have enough play makers. Lamar can't walk down the field and hand these guys the ball. These dropped passes are momentum killers.

    I guess Booger (lol) was right last year when he said Louisville is Lamar and a bunch of dudes. But atleast the defense is playing well. We have a punchers chance in the second half.

    I have to see what Clemson does tonight against Auburn to get a feel for them. They beat up on poor Kent St. They supposedly have a really good D. However on offense they don't have Deshaun Watson to save them out of trouble.

    I don't like our offense right now. They have to establish some kinda downhill running game. There's way too much pressure on the OL. Those guys would just like to lineup and hit somebody. Lamar would become unstoppable off play action.
