    Father and Son state champions

    This year alone, the MC media guide lists 4 players with fathers who won a state championship. There’s also 2 other players that I’m sure their fathers were on the 90 or 91 teams. I’d have to break out a yearbook to verify.

    Thank you. Having played with Simeon I thought my mind was a little clouded when I saw his name mentioned. Made HUGE strides in the offseason between Jr. & Sr. Year and was a playmaker (we only allowed 6pts in the playoffs & we wouldn’t have won state without his forced fumble in the 4thQ)...
