    He was a legend down this way. Good man and knows how to make bourbon. He was old school. That is what is missing nowadays. Those guys just had experience not fancy degrees. Trial and error. I would trust his palate over any. Hated to see him go.

    I work at Beam and I know your dad. Tom is a good guy who knows his bourbon and how to run a distillery. It was a big loss for us when he left. We are bottling his stuff tomorrow. I believe my boss told me it was going to be $100 a bottle.
