    I have never tried that, it seems to me it could lead to overcooking. I'm not much on a thermometer, but I've had good results grilling and cast-iron cooks.     It's pretty amazing the stat columns they're at the top of, with all the players they have on injured or on probation. They're playing with a chip on their shoulder, and Weiss is fueling it! Nice to see the turnaround, hope it holds!

    Shoot the 3, lock down D, make our chip shots and putbacks, MaKeer could be the key factor! I'll give myself 2.5 out of 4. UConn's perimeter D was stiffling, we couldn't get off a 3! We could be so much better if we could make close shots and putbacks around the rim or take the foul!
