    Most "spread" schemes are just 10 and 11 personnel at this level. They arent running a true scheme. Most "spread" schemes use a lot of wing t concepts. Everything pretty much boils down to power, iso, lead or veer. The rest is just window dressing.

    Liberty Bedford was 2-8. No chance they would have sniffed triple A region C. Top 5 seeds were 9-1, with the 8th seed 7-3. They were a D3 team for a long time, but I think they may have dropped down to double A, single is usually the only group that you might see a team with a 2-8 or 3-7 record...

    The NFHS handbook states that a player shall play no more than 40 quarters in a regular season. Doesn't matter how it is compiled, it's 40 quarters. Doesn't matter if you suit up for varsity.     I was thinking you used to be the head man at rolesville most recently but, wasn't completely sure. You really got that program rolling in the right direction while also dethroning coach Lucas and wake forest's dominance. Hard to believe those to schools used to be just one not that long ago.
