    California law may side with him on this. Under that law, your can't terminate someone who is disabled once they begin treatment. The legal question is when did he begin to receive treatment. It's not a case of weather alcoholism is a sickness. That's already case law in California.

    I think that freshman may have earned himself allot of playing time. On a post above it was mentioned that Nebraska exposed Iowa and MSU finished it. I don't recall NU exposing Iowa. But, Iowa fisnished it against us with a couple of key runs, no mistake about it. Banks' defense got exposed...
