    I'm willing to admit I'm wrong if you show me the new rule. I haven't seen one other than the ghost transfer rule and haven't found anything searching online. This EO isn't a rule and the NCAA hasn't approved anything that I'm aware of.

    Hypothetically yes it could provide a rough idea of a plan of a rule of a law. But it currently is bluster for the sake of making a headline. Effectively nothing. (Sidenote: I do agree that something needs to be done but on the list of things a president should be focusing on, this is a footnote)

    Everyone does realize this means exactly nothing, correct? It's guidance issued to whatever shred of the department of education exists. Impacts to schools/players are precisely zero and the first time the dept of education tries something it will go straight to court and be tossed.

    Why do the tournament balls look like the $10 outdoor Nerf basketball from Walmart? Hard as a rock, overinflated, and slick. Seams are painted on. I'd take the old playground ball with a bulge over this.

    I actually told my sister when I heard the news that Addie's role of airballing threes and spazzing on drives was already filled this year so we do know there will be a large void in that regard moving forward.
