    You cannot take those kind of swings with one out and men on second and third and the infield drawn in. The tying run is 90 feet away. You shorten your swing a lot and make contact ans something good will happen. Very bad at bat by Henderson!

    Not being a smartass but with the bat changes, academic requirements, and more and more colleges putting an emphasis on baseball there just aren't the 2-3 teams each year that are loaded or thea can have runs like LSU in the 90's.     Has anyone thought that with this hire we have room for top assistants?

    With extra money I'm thinking Scott may bring in a number one assistant with MS ties,say Kirby or even Payne, or keep one from Stansburys staff to keep the class together and try to get Pollard. This could be a HUD with Mullen type thing that works out. Let's just hold on and listen to the press...

    Why do we switch to zone when they keep raining threes on it?

    Every time we went to it Dykes would say KY will make you pay for trying to zone them. Calipari will always find the open man. You think after they hit the first three threes against it he would learn something! But we go to it again down 3 and Miller drains another one! Real freaking smart Rick!!!
