    A lot of these portal guys are using schools such as Kentucky as a bargaining chip for more money. That’s probably what he did here, and Indiana raised the ante and UK probably decided enough was enough. There’s more players out there and others announcing for the portal daily.

    If their fans feel any worse than I did after Kentucky’s undefeated team lost to Wisconsin in the 2015 Final Four they will have to go pretty low. I went straight to bed, turned off the tv, the lights, covered up and stayed in bed and in the room for two days with only an occasional bathroom...

    Kentucky had the “complete team” in 2015, undefeated at that going into the FF, and still lost. Duke is not invincible but they will be difficult to take down.

    I don’t bet on games but if I did I would take that bet all day long year round! I actually see Kentucky winning this game because of their experience and shooting skills. Every player they have can knock down 3’s. Duke is talented but they are young.

    The game has passed by Cal. He hasn’t adapted and changed along with it and is getting left in the dust.

    Kentucky vs Duke

    He’s being compared to the second coming of Larry Bird. Almost as tall, handles and passes the ball exceptionally well and knows how to defend and score. I would sure liked to have seen him in a Kentucky uniform. I figured Duke’s recruiting prowess would slack off a little when Coach K retired...

    Just Random Thoughts

    This UK team would beat last year’s UK team. Oakland had one shooter they couldn’t stop. This team has a roster full of shooter and all of them aren’t going to be cold on the same night. They’re going to be difficult to guard for anyone they play.

    The Virginia title, like the North Carolina title the year before, was a gift from the officials. Both teams had at least 2 to 3 games gift wrapped for them on their way to their championships.
