    I actually think 2020 Alabama was even better than the 2019 LSU team. But it was a covid-shortened year so they played fewer games. 2001 Miami was the deepest and most talented team overall. 1995 Nebraska had the most dominating season.

    The Peach Bowl showed a guy that could benefit from another year. He would still be a top 10 pick since after Mendoza it is a weak class, but he could be a solid number one next year.

    We were probably a few portal upgrades on the 2024 team (WR, QB, S, OL) from being a top 10 team. Make no mistake, the 2025 Huskers were worse than the 2024 team. Our schedule hid our deficiencies until we played three good teams to close out the year and got destroyed.

    I don't know. I actually thought Alabama might win the game after storming back to victory against OU in the first round and with Indiana having a layoff. Then we all watched Alabama get effectively castrated on live TV.

    Wheels are falling off

    Most everyone thought Frost was a great hire at the time. After year 4 he should have been fired. Some would say sooner but the covid year was a throwaway season without a non-conference schedule. I don't feel the current team is much different than a Frost team. We just had an easier schedule.
