    Disagree completely. If I am constantly being asked to write a check "so Sha can get the players he wants," I want to know what the payroll is to which I am contributing. Maybe that's just me.

    The university asked legistators for additional money to pay athletes so UCONN could remain competitive. Some lawmakers said if that is the case, they and taxpayers should see what players are making. Wish we could do something like that... in the name of transparency. Our taxpayers are...

    Move afoot in the CT legislature to publicy list players' "salaries." Point is that since UCONN is a state school, all employees' incomes are part of the public record. We know what Hurley, Geno, assistants, professors, its president all make. I'd imagine the university would fight this...
