    Not, if I understand correctly… clock starts with graduation from high school OR 19th birthday… So the super old graduates lose a year, but the super young graduates do NOT gain a year.

    Hopefully the NCAA will follow their own precedent with other changes… start it with the freshman class starting the season that starts after the effective date… anyone older grandfathered in under the previous rule.
