    Top teams in the West for 2016

    Honaker has got to do a lot of growing up. They have to get in the weight room and really work. If they do that they will be pretty good if not they will be mediocre just like last year.

    I wouldn't say they completely stopped him. He still finished with 20+ points but he definitely earned everyone of them. They pretty much from my opinion played pack line defense. They put pressure on the ball and packed they paint. He was going up with at least 2 sometimes three people on him...

    I had no problem with anything the Altavista coach did saturday. They had a really good game plan and came out and executed pretty well. It's the state quarterfinals if you don't want embarrassed play better that's it.

    Should be a good game or hopefully it is anyway. Looks like these 2 schools need to get comfortable playing each other at the state level. From a Honaker fan I've enjoyed watching the competition against the colonials. Although it hasn't never turned out in our favor.

    Cusano had 30 I believe and Robinette had 34. Eastside shot 22-29 inside the arc. They shot the lights out.

    I know it's late but...

    I guess I could have used a better word than tested but what I meant was they (Radford) actually played someone one their level and was beat by them. I wasn't trying to slight the dogs by any means. Trust me I'm glad they are in 2a you can't argue their history!
