    Football Rutgers ranks 14th in Big Ten in estimated roster spending, 46th nationally

    so… SIX of Rutgers opponents this year have similar or less funds to spend on their football team. No excuse for GS to say NIL is the reason they are underperforming. At the end of the day, a good coach is paid to elevate the talent he has and overachieve. That has yet to happen the past 2 seasons.
