    OT- How do you season your Ribeye

    Coat both sides of sirloin with French's yellow mustard! Marinade in fridge overnight. The yellowdisappears when cooking (preferable on grill) except on fat which can be trimmed for effect. Oil from mustard will tenderize and provide a nice glaze on meat.

    King Neptune's in GS has good food but no atmosphere. Same for Doc's in Orange Beach. Most of better eating is in Orange Beach, i.e., Harbor Grill and Cosmos on Canal Road.     The guy who came in to relieve Snead was Nathan Stanley, but remember the name Randall Mackey. Another David Palmer type who can pass! Nutt will probably play 3 QB's in some fashion, but as of now, Mackey is probably the most talented.

    Powe not even mentioned in DL article today in the CL.

    Have you considered Tillman and Smith may just be better DLs? I don't know any players who could have been out of football for 3 years and make the starting lineup in two weeks of practice. Probably too much wishful thinking from those who were caught up emotionally in the Powe saga.
