I agree. I tend to side on incompetence/ignorance as opposed to racial motives for the DA. There’s no denying he was sloppy on a few of the trials. Basically, every overturned verdict is based on a technicality.

I know if Cohen does have a press conference, all of our questions will not be answered or addressed. But it will definitely help alleviate this huge vacuum of misinformation.
I agree, but you’re missing the point. Cohen is putting them in that position because he’s being absent.
It appears he doesn’t want to face the heat and is willing to let the people he is tasked with leading to bear the brunt of the explaining.
My main issue is that Cohen is the leader of the athletic department and him not being present doesn’t keep the questions from being asked.
