    25 things about Saturday Football in the 1970s that made it better...

    all games were at 1pm. Perfect amount of time to tailgate (for those of us who were young at the time), watch the game and get home at a reasonable time. Also leaving the stadium @ halftime, grab a beer or 2 and go back in for the second half.
