    Well if he has issues with programs that don't have "talent" I'd venture to say he would struggle with any small high school job. Smoky (no e just the y) like many other WNC programs require intensive development to produce results.

    Don't see it happening, like most of you have said they are pretty well entrenched and have worked their butts off, along with coach hawkins, to build a great program. Even if JCPS offered an astronomical amount, I would say that Macon County would be able to match if not exceed said offer...
