    Water must be different in Strasburg, we always seem to be the “little dog” in the fight. Never have had much size. OL Splits help the backs have a hole and help our smaller linemen make their blocks.

    How can they (VHSL) not find any wrongdoing in what John Marshall does? Makes me think an upset parent or relative turned them in. Plus ever since they re-zoned the county, A LOT of Central campus parents upset about having kids being forced to Southern campus (Stonewall). Hopefully they win...

    Correct me if I’m wrong. Think Yew and CW are 7-0 in the playoffs when facing a team for a second time in his tenure. Strasburg(4) Luray (2) Madison(1). Think they make it 8-0. There’s just more work put in for the staff of CW and it shows.

    CW 28 SHS 7 final. CW didn’t win tonight, they won this game in the offseason. Helps when your weight room is open more than 2 days a week. It showed tonight.

    Strasburg plays hard but is just too small for CW style of play. Lopez probably have 10+ TFLs alone. And other than Shaw, I don’t see them stopping Forbes. Better bring 11 to the ball on D. Unfortunately this may end up like last year Regional Championship game. A rout.

    Only playing 9 games may hurt Strasburg as well. Rock Ridge (4A) game was never made up. Postponed in September when those storms came through. They rescheduled but again storms hit that day as well.

    MV trying to revive the program. Low interest among students. Sad, they were a tough out in the region in 90s/early 00s. Always were a tough and scrappy bunch. Think Nelson Co has done the same thing.

    Gotcha, I only ask because imo that’s CW strength. They pretty physical vs teams up here. Doesn’t mean much now, but Poquoson came to CW in 2013. CW won 22-14. Think that was 3A playoffs then.
