    NCAA takes next step to potentially speed up college football games

    Why not limit the number of plays being reviewed? Go to more of an NFL type of model where each coach gets a limited number of challenges and be done with it. There are too many games where it seems like so many plays are being reviewed-it's just ridiculous.
