    100k to 200k is not even that much now adays. Jobs in a power 5 athletic dept or in coaching are harder to attain than becoming a doctor or engineer etc.

    I work less than a mile from the location in Ridgeland. The roads and electrical infrastructure are currently being built. The location in canton the data center structures are already finished.
