    Broderick Jones look terrible yesterday. Between the Kenny Pickett pick and the Jones pick, you can see why Pittsburgh is still stuck in mediocrity. You just can’t miss on first round picks as often as they do.

    With teams now batting the entire lineup, you can definitely see a depth issue for some of these teams. Some of the rosters have kids taking very weak swings in the bottom four or five spots of the order. I wonder if part of that is that they just aren’t getting the same amount of high-level...

    Just found out the names of two of the kids, the ones from Maryland. I have friends who are friends of each of their families. Both kids families have lots of $$, live in million dollar homes, had no need to do any of this from a money perspective.

    Ended up taking two or three from Boston. I have 36 games left. They’d have to play 700 ball to have a shot at the playoffs. Too many teams ahead of them. Need to sweep the padres when they play them, basically the same with the card in those two series.
