    Yes, we got 9" in November. Since then just a dusting. Lowville is a nice place. I once interviewed Chuck Schumer there once. Canton-Potsdam area is known more for cold temperatures than snow. At that game in 1999, our seats were 50 yard line in 300 section I believe.
