    Nottoway lost to Rustburg 7 to 6 (old Group AA) in 1990 on a last-second (12 seconds left in the game) touchdown pass when it looked like my Cougars would win that first state championship—finally won in 1991.

    Then where would you move the games to? I have helped run AAU tournaments (56 and 72 teams) in the past and they are logistically a pain in the butt. No matter where you put the games, somebody in the other regions has to travel. Winning the rights is but a small part. Running the States...

    We will see, but jumping doesn't make a great jump shot. Elevation helps but squaring the shoulders, getting your hands on the ball correctly, and follow through on shooting motion make a great jump shooter.

    My philosophy is wait and see. He is talented, but he has to take the next step as a ball player and grow his game. Plenty of leapers in college basketball, but jumping is not everything. Vince developed his jump shot and so did Tracy.

    Never been any accusations of recruiting. He is just a great coach. He does not get 5 star talent, but those young ladies play their hearts out for him and themselves. Coaching needs a few more Coach Doziers.
