120 Club meeting tonight in Jackson

I was messing about the henig stuff, but we gotta realize what carroll did last year for a true freshman was pretty promising. You have to also remember the Arkansas game where he had decent throwing game. NO one expected him to come in and start as a true freshman, including himself. They guy...

Were you the guy proclaiming that henig wasn't that bad and he could "sling it" better than carroll?

    Chad Crosswhite to start tommorrow

That's absolutely pathetic. Some people point to last year as success, and they think he has not fully recovered from the injury at the beginning of the year. I don't have the numbers, but you could definitely tell he got progressively worse throughout last year.

    Chad Crosswhite to start tommorrow

The thing that has been pissing me off is that Crosswhite should have never been in a SEC weekend rotation. Lalor should have been given more chances. He pitched decent against Vandy.

State - LA Tech on ESPN!

Preselect any games in general? Or 3 SEC match-ups? Or 3 games in which an SEC team plays? I just remembered that little fact though.

    So who's pitching Thursday?

State - LA Tech on ESPN!

You guys have to remember that CBS has first pick of SEC games. That is why ESPN doesn't schedule SEC games prior to the season. They have the pickings after CBS each week.

Since our season is practically over

I think you are talking about the middle brother Antwan who went to Hinds last year. I believe that rashun is actually pretty smart.

For Todd and anyone else who cares....my coaching search.....

I couldn't agree with you more... I know you have been catching some heat about down playing the cohen hire, but I think you are spot-on. I would be perfectly fine with the cohen hire if that was the best we can do, but I think we should shoot for the impossible... Casey, Fox, etc...

Since our season is practically over

I hope this stratton guy wants to come to here... or maybe it will be another stephen head incident and polk didn't know that "he could pitch!!!" Maybe raffooo is still working hard on all of those recruits just as hard as he had reeled in those all-americans every year. Continuity!!!!!!!

The first 3,000 fans at the games next weekend will......

Looks like there will be a lot of RP posters in the dumpsters next weekend... Hope we recycle.

Kentucky makes an offer to an 8th grader.

I honestly do not see much difference than what we did with Hopson. I know it didn't turn out well, but I thought that Stans started recruiting him while he was a freshman or early in his high school career. I guess we just didn't "officially unofficially" offer him.
