The whole "have to be 21 to be drafted" thing is absurd now. College players, no matter their age, are pro athletes now. If a player shows true talent as a freshman or sophomore i.e. Sellers, they should be able to go to the NFL.
If a 12-20 team, any team, makes any post season tournament that will be proof positive that post season play has no worth at all. This would be akin to rec league sports where every team plays in the "playoff".
Texas was the most overrated team in the country last year. The SEC gave them a cupcake schedule for their first season. UGA beat them twice with the most anemic offense in Kirby's tenure.
Bobo hasn't changed his play calling in 20 years. He is the most predictable OC in college football. If he wasn't Kirby's good friend he would not be coaching anywhere in college football.
Unfortunately, it is a sport that loses money and really doesn't matter to the vast majority of sports fans. WBB is similar to Clemson being a national power in soccer back in the '80s. The school and the team's fans were happy but no one else really cared.
Beamer didn't look like he had a spine, he looked like a hysterical woman having an emotional breakdown. Last night wasn't the first time either. He might be worse than Dabo when it comes to histrionics on the sideline. Beamer embarrassed himself last night.
Carolina fans are turning into perpetual whiners about officiating, and it makes them look like whiney brats. Win the game on the field and quit bitching about the officials. Gamecock fans are turning into Texas or Ohio State fans who always blame officials for every loss, no matter what...
Bielema's grin when Shane lost his **** told everyone that Bret knew he was in his head and was loving it.
Shane has acted like this since day one. He needs to grow up and quit acting like a cheerleader.
