It definitely made a difference. And it was bad.
But the moment we lost the game was when we didn't have 5 players on the floor for that inbounds play. That's inexcusable.
That was my issue.
As the game progressed, I even posted we needed to get more physical on D because they were allowing it. Then once we did, immediate foul calls.
If you want to "let them play," fine. But let both teams play. Once they actually started to blow the whistle on Vandy, we came...
I mean, I think putting it that way is being extremely charitable.
Had they called the game evenly, wouldn't have come down to what it did. And my heart would be in much better shape.
