    Larry Conley status

    My dad played baseball at UK the same years Larry was there. He was buddies with several of the basketball players but always spoke highly of Larry. I know they connect a few times after school but it's been many many years since my dad has seen any of those guys.

    My dad and I were at that Duke game-we went to the UCLA s16 game as well. Csts rolled in that sweet 16 game. Some of my favorite UK memories.

    I don't care what our seed is. I rather lose to UCONN in 2nd rd than some perceived scrub lol I feel we can beat anyone in the country or lose to anyone. Hard to imagine us winning 6 in a row for tourny but all other teams can say the same thing. Thanks for the update Aike!

    Seeding always matters for sure, but this year maybe less than previous years. Other than maybe UCONN, I don't think anyone is an automatic to make it out of the first weekend

    I don't know that that that is true. Cal's whole career he has coached with a chip on his shoulder. He talked **** when he could because it was a self defense mechanism to prove he belonged.
