He has done a great job but let's be honest, the magic has been gone since the 2014-2015 season. We have been to 0 Final Fours since then, and the instability of our roster has been maddening. I hope things can get turned back around but I just feel like this is the rule and not the exception...

I haven't got to watch too many videos of Todd, so could anybody describe his game? As long as we have some guys who dont mind rebounding, I'm ok with giving up the prototypical banger inside. Sorta guess thats becoming a thing of the past, however.
